BUYER:
BUYER is the person who becomes a customer and registers at the https://studyoneo.com shopping site. The address and contact information provided by the BUYER while registering or making purchases without registering are used as basis.

SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 and the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, in relation to the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website https://studyoneo.com, and which has the qualities mentioned in the contract, and whose content and sales price are specified in articles 1.3 and 1.4 of the contract.

BUYER, He/she accepts and declares that the product he/she purchased from the https://studyoneo.com website was produced upon his/her order; that he/she cannot return it due to dissatisfaction, except for defects that may occur at the end of production; that he/she is informed about the basic characteristics of the product for sale, its sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc., all preliminary information about the product and the right of withdrawal; that he/she confirmed this preliminary information electronically and then ordered the product, in accordance with the provisions of this contract.

The preliminary information and invoice available on the https://studyoneo.com website are integral parts of this agreement. After all required information is entered, the BUYER confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement by checking the relevant section, and the order is completed. The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon placing the order. Upon completion of the order, an "Order Confirmation" email will be sent to the email address provided by the BUYER.

REFUND PROCEDURE
CREDIT CARD REFUND PROCEDURE
The Buyer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal and request cancellation before the product or products subject to the order reach the preparation or shipping stage. In cases where a refund is decided to be made to the Buyer and the purchase is made by credit card and in installments, the procedure for refunding the credit card is stated below:

The bank reimburses the customer in installments, regardless of the installment plan used to purchase the product. After the seller pays the bank the full price of the product in one lump sum, and if the installment payments made through the bank POS are refunded to the customer's credit card, the requested refund amounts are transferred to the holder's accounts by the bank in installments to avoid any inconvenience to the parties involved.

In case of return of goods and services purchased with the card, https://studyoneo.com cannot make cash payments to the customer in accordance with the agreement it has made with the Bank.

REFUND TO BANK ACCOUNT PROCEDURE
For purchases made via bank transfer (EFT), the refund will be made to the account number used by the Buyer.

DELIVERY AND RETURN PROCEDURE
If the BUYER requests delivery of the product via courier service from https://studyoneo.com, the product will be delivered to the BUYER's requested address via the courier company SELLER works with. The BUYER agrees that delivery to the address specified by the BUYER and to the person present at that address at the time of delivery will be considered delivery to the BUYER.

Shipping costs for purchases made through https://studyoneo.com may vary depending on our seasonal campaigns and the quantity and volume of the products you purchase.

Since our products are prepared entirely specifically for you using images from our image gallery or those you upload, returns are not accepted except for negativities and errors that may occur during production or shipping.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop at https://studyoneo.com. https://studyoneo.com offers products that may appeal to children, but it sells them to adults.

You can shop at https://studyoneo.com by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Orders for which the transfer is not made within one week will be canceled. Orders are processed not when the order is placed, but when we determine that a hold has been placed on your credit card account for the amount of the order or that the transfer has reached our accounts. Unspecified payment methods, such as paid shipment or postal checks, are not accepted.

If the BUYER wishes to pay by credit card, they will be directed to the "Bank's Secure Payment Page" after order confirmation. Your card information will not be recorded in any way during transactions made by the BUYER through this page and will not be transmitted to the SELLER.

Without the written permission of the SELLER, products purchased from https://studyoneo.com cannot be copied, reproduced or printed as posters, photographed and used as printed or visual material, or modified.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER will be notified by email when the product(s) have reached the preparation and shipping stage. If they wish to cancel their order before it reaches the preparation or shipping stage and exercise their right of withdrawal, they can cancel their order by contacting customer service at neo@studyoneo.com or by calling 0266 713 09 10.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Because our products are custom-made using images from our image gallery or uploaded by our customers, returns are not accepted except in cases of production or shipping errors. The BUYER cannot exercise their right of withdrawal if they are notified by email when the product(s) have reached the preparation and shipping stage.

If the order is placed, the BUYER and SELLER are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
